Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see current promotions for details.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method selected. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally. If international shipping is available, delivery times and customs fees vary by destination country. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Collectibles & Fragile Items

We take extra care packaging comics, action figures, and collectibles to ensure they arrive safely. Items are packed with appropriate protective materials. Graded or slabbed items are double-boxed when possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@tripletcollectibles.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
